Our Story


Zach and Birthday Cake Being diagnosed with Celiac Disease after the birth of her third child, Gayle Myers, knowing that the disease was genetic, created the company’s original recipes in her home kitchen while on a mission to cook healthier for her entire family. When her 10-year-old son showed initial symptoms of Gluten Intolerance he also got involved, developing recipes in a desire to be able to still enjoy the family’s homemade chocolate chip cookie recipe. (Hence: Zach’s Chocolate Chip Tray/Bar was created.) 
Gayle Myers (CEO and Creator) Gayle developed an entire line of unique foods made without gluten or soy using the freshest Non-GMO ingredients. These diverse foods range from breakfast favorites to dinner staples, gourmet breads to tantalizing sweets. People were amazed to discover the savory flavor and subtle texture of these foods made from almonds that all had significantly lower glycemic levels.

The health benefits were just as startling. The Almond Glory gluten-free recipes are not only gluten-free, but cutting-edge science suggests that the almond might promote weight reduction, lower cholesterol and help reduce the risks of heart disease and cancer.

Almond Glory has a unique product line in that we are a “bridge food.” Many of our customers are not gluten intolerant but are drawn to the savory textures and the amazing nutritional benefits of the almond based products.
